✅What you need to start working on my project?
1. High-resolution photos of your product JPG. PNG.TIFF. 2. Short description of your product or your Amazon product link. 3. Important features of your product that we should know to show them in images.
✅Are Stock Photos include in packages?
Yes, in design we use Premium stock images and they included in our packages.
✅Do you create 3D Renders or Photo-Shooting?
We are not offering 3d rendering or Photo-Shooting services at the moment. You need to provide us with your own pictures.
✅What if i have several product variations?
Color or size variations are not included in the package price (please message for a quote)
✅What if i require revisions after the order is complete?
We understand that sometimes you have to change the text or logo. If that is the case, you can message us and we can do it for free for you. We will charge a minimal fee if you require a change in color, addition of text or images, or adding any sort of new design elements.
✅In what product niches do you not operate?
We work with all products in all product niches except: 1. KIDS & TOYS 2. ADULT Products 3. CLOTHES
✅What if my product is made up of many individual parts?
If parts of your product are depicted in separate images, each of which needs to be edited and retouched and there are more than 3 of them, please contact us for an extra quote.
✅What if i need extra fast delivery?
In case if you need urgent delivery we have a special extra fast delivery offer. But before you place an order and choose this option please contact us in PM to get agreement. If you place order without preliminary agreement we can't guarantee that order will be delivered in time.
