I'm Jae, the planner behind Jae's Park Playbooks. Since 2020, I've planned annual family park vacations, sometimes twice a year. My firsthand experience includes five Universal Studios Florida visits, a few stays at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, and two Disney World trips covering all four theme parks.
Depending on your package, your PDF can include:

Packages generally cover up to six travelers following one shared itinerary. Message me before ordering for larger groups or special-event planning.

Do you book hotels, tickets, dining, or transportation?
No. I provide planning guidance and an itinerary. You make and pay for your reservations directly.
Can you include both Disney and Universal?
Yes. Standard and Premium can cover both resorts within the package's included days. Tell me your priorities before I begin.
What does a revision include?
One revision means one consolidated request to adjust the delivered plan within the original dates, group, destinations, and number of days. Added days, changed travel dates, or substantially different plans require a separate quote. Corrections to my errors do not use your revision allowance.
Can you plan for larger families?
Yes. Message me with your group size, dates, number of households, and whether everyone will follow the same schedule so I can provide a custom quote.
Will you guarantee short waits or specific reservations?
No. I provide practical strategies based on current information, but cannot guarantee wait times, ride operations, reservations, prices, or upgrade availability.
Will you update my plan until my trip?
The service includes the delivered itinerary and stated revisions. Ongoing monitoring, future refreshes, and live support during your vacation are not included.
