RAW VEGAN MEAL PLAN
This meal plan is for everyone who wants to follow a raw vegan diet.
The average daily energy is 1500 calories (range between 1200 - 1800 calories per day).
There is no added sugar, no processed foods, and no cooking required.
BASIC PLAN
7-Day Meal plan
- Includes weekly calendar instructing what meals to eat
- 13 detailed recipes
- Each recipe has a picture
- Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks
- All gluten-free
- Made with minimum ingredients
- Amount of servings and portion size for each meal
- Nutritional information of each meal (Calories, protein, fat, carbs, fiber)
- Grocery list
STANDARD PLAN
Includes all of the above for 14-days

PREMIUM PLAN
Includes all of the above for 21-days
39 detailed recipes

Hi there, I am a registered dietitian from South Africa with a BS.c Dietetic degree (2013) and MSc Dietetic degree (2019) with majors in critical care, pediatrics, sports nutrition, and renal disease. I have been working as a clinical dietitian for the past 9 years and have experience in various fields of nutrition.

Can you create meal plans according to my instructions
Yes, I can create personalized meal plans with your own specific macronutrient distribution, dietary preferences or disease-specific instructions. To do so I will create a customized order for you. The cost is $40 for a 7-day meal plan or $100 for 28-days. The delivery time will be three days
Do you offer any other meal plans
Yes, as a qualified dietitian I can create any meal plans according to your specifications. I will create a customized order for you on request.
Can I have all of your meal plans?
Yes! In the gig above you choose only one of the meal plans listed, however, I can create a custom order for you with all the meal plans you want with your own logo.
Can you add some of my own recipes to the meal plans?
I have amazing and delicious recipes but if you really want me to use your own recipes I can add it for you. Please note: due to the time it takes me to retype your recipe into my software, I am charging $5 per recipe you want me to add. I will also need you to provide me with a good quality jpg
