Every set is drafted to meet standard code and permit requirements, but final approval depends on your local jurisdiction’s review. I can’t guarantee approval, but I build each set to reduce the chance of comments and resubmittals.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your project type, property address, rough room dimensions or sketches, and the drawings you need. Any existing plan files, plan check comments, site survey, or engineer notes help a lot.
Can you edit or fix drawings I already have?
Yes. The Basic package is built for editing existing floor plans or permit drawings, such as fixing dimensions, updating layouts, or addressing plan check comments.
What is included in the Standard package?
A new 2D floor plan and architectural plans, including elevations and sections, formatted for city permit submission.
What does the Premium package add?
It adds the structural drawing and MEP drawing sheets to the architectural set, along with the source file, so the full set is coordinated in one place.
What do your structural drawings cover?

What do your MEP drawings cover?
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layouts, drawn to match your floor plan so all the sheets agree with each other.

Stamp and seal requirements vary by city and project type. Tell me your location before ordering so we can confirm what your jurisdiction requires and how to handle it.
Can you work on additions and remodels, not just new builds?

Do you include a site plan?
Yes, site plans showing setbacks, lot lines, and structure placement are part of the drawing sets. Send your survey if you have one.
