They are very polite, knowledgeable and respond and deliver incredibly fast. their writing insnt stand out, at least not at the smallest order tier, but it is adequate to the price. First off, the best part, as far as I can tell, no AI was used. This was a huge selling point for me. I needed my tier 1 BBEG fleshed out for my campaign.
