I found the overall experience quite challenging. Communication was inconsistent — after the product was delivered, there were around 4 days with no response (left on read) until I followed up. Once the order was accepted, there was limited visibility into the process, with no interim updates or drafts...

Jake is no doubt a busy creator, so it was a little difficult getting a hold of him. But - once I started working with him, the process was smooth and experience, professional. Once the script the creative direction was finalised, the turnaround for the videos were quick. Overall, I would be happy to partner again with Jake.

Really great experience working with Jake. He took the brief and fleshed out a full script without us having to do the heavy lifting which made the whole process so much easier. Communication was excellent throughout, delivery was fast and he was genuinely easy to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely work with him again!
