Perguntas frequentes
What platforms do you support for e-commerce product listing?
I have extensive experience with major global platforms like Shopify and Amazon, as well as various local infrastructures and integration tools (e.g., Ticimax, Sentos). Whether you need manual uploading or bulk migration, I can handle it smoothly.
Can you handle bulk product uploads for large inventories?
Yes, absolutely! I specialize in data operations and bulk importing. I can clean your data sheets, map the fields correctly, and upload hundreds or thousands of SKUs using CSV/Excel files while troubleshooting any import errors.
What information do you need from me to start working?
To begin, I will need access to your store backend (or your preferred integration panel), your product data (images, supplier links, spreadsheets, or wholesale lists), and any specific guidelines you have regarding your pricing strategy or branding.
Do you write the product descriptions yourself or do I need to provide them?
It depends on your package! For all packages, I optimize your titles and meta tags. If you choose the Standard or Premium packages, I also craft SEO-friendly, professional product descriptions to help your pages rank higher and convert visitors into buyers.
How do you ensure accuracy with thousands of variations (size, color, price)?
Precision is my top priority. I carefully structure complex variation matrixes to ensure that stock levels, prices, and images match perfectly for every single option, preventing any customer confusion or inventory issues.
Is my store data and supplier information safe with you?
Yes, 100%. I treat all client data with strict confidentiality. I only use the access permissions necessary to perform the job and never share your data, product lists, or supplier insights with third parties.
