Simple answer is no. You do not need to pay additionally for a server for the setup! Everything will be managed at the backend, therefore you just need to provide relevant information that is asked during the order.
What if I want to host the forwards on my machine?
In this case, you would need to message me regarding it, where a custom offer would be sent where an application would be made available to you that allows you to configure the forwards live, add specific text filters, change the forwards and much more!

Sure! There'll be a setup fee, however everything can be setup if the credentials are provided.
