With over 5 years of experience as a bar manager and event organizer, I have developed strong skills in leadership, operations management, and customer experience. Throughout my journey, I have been responsible for managing daily bar operations, coordinating teams, ensuring high service standards, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. Alongside this, I have successfully planned and executed a variety of events, from themed nights and private gatherings to larger-scale social events. In addition, I have a strong passion for marketing and design, which allows me to combine creativity with strategy when developing concepts, promoting events, and building engaging experiences.
