I work as a Senior System & Network Engineer at ZeylonTech LLC, where I am responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable IT infrastructure for businesses across different industries and regions. My role is highly hands-on and covers the full lifecycle of IT systems, from initial design and deployment to troubleshooting, optimization, and long-term support. I work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements and deliver practical, well-engineered solutions focused on reliability, security, and performance. My responsibilities include enterprise network design, firewall and security implementation, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, on-prem systems, backup and disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure stabilization. I am frequently involved in taking over complex or poorly documented environments, resolving performance or security issues, and rebuilding systems to align with best practices. I work with technologies such as Ubiquiti UniFi, firewalls, Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, Synology NAS, backup solutions, and monitoring systems. Many projects involve multi-site networks, remote access, secure connectivity, and business-critical systems where uptime and data protection are essential. Throughout my work, I focus on clean configurations, clear documentation, risk reduction, and long-term maintainability rather than quick fixes. My goal is always to deliver stable, secure systems that clients can rely on daily, while remaining flexible for future growth and change. This role reflects my commitment to professional standards, accountability, and delivering real-world IT solutions that support business operations effectively.
