What file formats do you accept?
I accept WAV, MP3 and other common audio formats. If you’re not sure, just ask before ordering. For video sync, I accept MP4.
Can you sync audio to video?
Yes! I offer audio to video sync as an extra gig, I;ll take the edited audio and align it to you provided video, delivering it in MP4 format.
How many revision do I get?
Each package comes with their own revision selections. For more, additional revisions are available for $10.
Can you edit audio longer than the package?
Yes. You can purchase an additional 30 seconds for $10 for each package.
Can you deliver faster than the standard delivery time?
Yes! Rush delivery options are available. Basic - 1 day delivery: +$15 Standard - 1 day delivery: +15 Premium - 2 day delivery: +20
What if my audio has poor quality?
I can clean noise, reduce hiss, enhance vocal and more. Extremely poor recordings may have limitations, but I’ll let you know what improvements are possible beforehand.
Do you offer audio to video sync or full video editing?
Currently, I focus on solely audio editing and possible audio to video sync (if requested). This covers most podcast clips or video needs. Multi track video sync or full video editing can be discussed as a custom order with possible additional charges.
How long does it take to get my final audio (or video, if requested)?
Delivery times per package are: Basic - 2 days Standard - 2 days Premium - 3 days NOTE: Delivery may vary from time specified on packages if rush delivery or extra gigs were requested.
