The freelancer installed an unlicensed Shopify theme without informing me, which caused serious problems with my store and forced me to pay for the official license. Very disappointing experience.

I thought I bought a premium theme, she delivered quick and immediately pushed for a good review. Making a lot of stories why she needs a review, yet when I actually took time to check the delivered theme it was missing a lot of features where I now have to pay someone else for to implement it.
