My name is javeed iqbal professional UX/UI designer with over 5+ years of experience in the industry.

What do you need for a user persona?
I need a product idea of what you want to build a digital product Then I will research that product and define the user's need and pain points and how they easily interact with that product. When actually use it.
How do you define a user flow for a website or app?
Simple when the use a website or app they need to go to that product and fulfill their needs and wants so I will define that first where the user will get access to how they go from one screen or page to another that's called user flow.
