Are customs duties, taxes, and agency fees included in the price?
No. Actual customs duties, taxes, port fees, and agency dispatch costs (e.g., Juan León) are paid separately by the client directly to the customs broker or relevant authority. I only charge for my coordination, management, physical services, and inspection.
What is included in the truck pickup (up to 2000 kg)?
The Standard and Premium packages include physical pickup and transport using our own truck for loads up to 2000 kg at Valparaíso or San Antonio ports. For larger loads, full containers, other ports, or destinations outside central zone, we arrange through trusted partners and quote separately.
Do you cover exports from southern Chile ports?
Yes. We handle exports from any Chilean port (Valparaíso, San Antonio, Coronel, Lirquén, San Vicente, Puerto Montt, etc.) through my network (me in the south + partner in central zone). On-site inspection and port coordination are available nationwide.
What does on-site inspection include?
Physical inspection at origin (warehouse, farm, plant, or port), detailed photos/videos, quality assessment, and a written report. Bilingual (English/Spanish) for international buyers. Critical for products like berries, wine, salmon, or wood
Is cargo insurance included?
No, cargo insurance is not included in any package price. I can arrange and issue a cargo insurance certificate through trusted partners. The premium cost is calculated based on the CIF value of the cargo. Typical rates are 0.3%–0.8% of CIF value
How fast is delivery in central zone?
Pickup at port + delivery in Santiago/Rancagua/Viña area usually takes 1–3 business days after clearance, depending on port schedule and traffic. Priority coordination is available as an extra.
Can you help with supplier verification in China/Europe?
Yes, in Premium or as an extra: document check + remote call verification. For physical audits outside Chile, we offer on-site inspection through trusted partners. Quoted case-by-case. For physical audits in Chile, we offer on-site inspection. Quoted case-by-case.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments go through Fiverr. I accept PayPal, credit cards, and other methods available on the platform. For direct clients outside Fiverr, we can use PayPal or international bank transfer.
Do you offer international freight quotes (ocean/air)?
Yes, I offer competitive international freight quotes (ocean FCL/LCL, air) via trusted global partners, with door-to-port/door-to-door options to/from Chile. Rates quoted separately by origin, destination, cargo, volume/weight & incoterms. I manage coordination, docs & Chilean customs clearance.
