At Insideflow, we have worked on visual projects for architects and real estate professionals, creating immersive property walkthroughs for both unbuilt architectural projects and existing properties. For architectural projects, we start from floor plans and the client’s design choices, including materials, finishes, furniture, atmosphere and preferred views. We then produce the renders, review them together with the client and refine each environment until it accurately reflects the project. Only after approval do we turn the spaces into a continuous walkthrough video, designed to communicate how the property will look and feel before it is built. For existing properties, we work directly from real photographs and the floor plan. We reconstruct the connections between rooms, define the visitor’s path and create an immersive walkthrough without requiring an on-site visit. This allows agencies, property professionals and owners to present the space in a more dynamic and understandable way. Our work is based on three core principles: spatial consistency, continuous client approval and attention to the real characteristics of each environment. Every project is developed step by step, with previews and revisions, so the final video remains aligned with the client’s vision and the property itself. Insideflow focuses on transforming static architectural and real estate material into a clear, immersive visual experience that helps people better understand and experience a space.
