As the lead developer, I designed and built a custom WordPress and WooCommerce integration that connected a POS system with the online store. The solution automated product synchronization, scheduled imports, inventory updates, and order management using custom synchronization logic and product mapping tailored to the client's business requirements. A key challenge was ensuring reliable synchronization of large volumes of data while maintaining data integrity and system performance. The integration significantly reduced manual work, improved inventory accuracy, and streamlined order processing across both platforms. By resolving inventory synchronization issues and implementing a scalable, reliable workflow, the solution reduced technical issues, accelerated daily operations, and provided the client with a stable foundation for managing large-scale eCommerce operations.
