Working as a Legal intern in District Court, Sundergarh, Odisha and assisting in legal research, case-law research, and preparation of legal documents. Reviewing relevant laws, judgments, and legal provisions to support ongoing matters. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, applications, notices, petitions, and other case-related documents under the guidance of senior advocates. Gained practical exposure to court proceedings, case preparation, legal documentation, and basic procedural requirements. Assisting with organizing case files, preparing notes on legal issues, and identifying relevant authorities and precedents. Also observing client consultations and learning everyday how legal issues are analysed and presented in a practical manner. This experience helped me so far to develop my skills in legal research, case-law analysis, legal drafting, document review, and understanding of litigation procedures. I also developed attention to detail, professional communication, time management, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
