What software do you use for structural analysis and drafting?
I use SAP2000 and ETABS for 3D structural modeling, analysis, and design. For the final shop drawings and detailing, I use AutoCAD/SkecthUp or Autodesk Revit to deliver clean and organized DWG files.
Do I need to provide architectural drawings, or can you work from a sketch?
You can submit your architectural layouts, PDFs, or even rough hand sketches. You can also have the architectural design created first through my other gigs.
Which package should I choose for my project?
For a simple 1-story house, choose Basic. For a 2-story residence or boarding house, choose Standard. If your building has 3-4 floors or is located in an earthquake-prone area (like Bali or Sumatra), choose Premium for full seismic analysis and shear wall design.
