A: After placing the order, please provide: • Your name or company name • Logo (if you have one) • Contact details (phone, email, address, etc.) • Preferred colors or style (optional) • Any inspiration or sample (if available)
Q2: What is the standard size of a business card?
A: The standard size I use is 3.5 x 2 inches (with bleed area). If you need a different size or format (European, square, etc.), just let me know!
Q3: Will I get print-ready files?
A: Yes! All packages include high-resolution (300 DPI) print-ready files in JPEG, PDF or ai, eps format, perfect for professional printing.
Q4: Can I edit the card later?
A: Yes, if you order the Standard or Premium package, you’ll receive the editable source files (PSD of eps or AI), which you can modify later.
Q5: I don’t have a logo. Can you design one too?
A: Logo design is not included in this gig. However, I can design a simple logo for an extra charge. Please message me before placing the order for a custom quote.
Q6: Do you offer urgent delivery?
A: Yes! For urgent needs, you can add the Express Delivery Extra to get your card within 12 or 24 hours.
Q7: What if I don’t like the design?
A: No worries! I offer revisions to make sure you are fully satisfied. In the Standard or Premium package, you get unlimited revisions.
Q8: Will the card include a QR Code?
A: Yes, if you request it — especially in the Premium package — I can generate and include a QR code (for your website, contact, vCard, etc.).
