What do I need to start work?
I will be needing plans, preferably pdf, to start work.
How quick you can complete a job?
I can provide the estimates within 24 hours keeping in view the scope of the project. Also, I charge a small amount to accommodate over time cost to expedite the delivery.
Which software do I use?
Primarily, I am using Planswift Professional but, I also use Bluebeam Revu. That actually depend upon on your choice.
How do I present the final output?
I will be providing an Editable Excel Sheet pertaining quantities.
Do I also provide the cost of material in the estimate?

Do you have any samples/portfolio?
