What software I can use?
I can use Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, illustrator, sketch.
What software is used to create the design?
We use Adobe Experience Design (Xd) to create designs. It is easy to use and efficient, so you or your developer will be able to extract components from the source file easily. Adobe XD is very similar to Figma and Sketch. At the end of the project, we provide a brief explanation about the software
Will I get updates about the progress of my project before the delivery date?
It is our duty to keep our customers involved and up to dated with the process. You will be totally educated from the very first design screen to the very last, so that nothing get out of your likings and requirements.
Will I be able to communicate with you through something other than Fiverr chat?
Fiverr requires us to keep communications channeled through Fiverr. However, we understand that some projects are complex and require in depth explanations. What we suggest our clients to do in this case is to record a screen recording video using something like Loom and send it over to us.
What if I don't have clear vision what I am looking for?
Sometimes it does happen, but nothing to worry about. We will precisely note down your concerns during a detailed meeting. That's what experts are for. Hopefully we will be on common point and will come up with something creative together.
What if I don't like the final product?
Throughout my career, It has never happened, but in the worst-case scenario, even If it do so, don't worry. We are responsible to solve your concerns as it is for what we are here for. Nothing will be finalized until you are satisfied.
How fast are your UI/UX design services?
