I collect, clean, and analyze loan recovery data from both local and international departments using CRM and Yeaster systems to monitor the daily performance of 40+ Relationship Managers (RMs). I automate hourly and end-of-day KPI reports using Python, MS Power BI, and Excel dashboards, tracking key metrics such as Total Calls, Unique Calls, Answered Calls, Talktime, CRM updates, and PTP (Promise to Pay).
