The delivery clock starts when we confirm in Fiverr messages that your brief, assets and access are complete. Everything stays here on Fiverr: messages, files and delivery.

Do we need a call?
No. Everything is async: a written brief, Fiverr messages and a recorded walkthrough. All communication happens through Fiverr.
Framer or Webflow?
Tell us your preference in the brief. If you are unsure, we recommend one in writing based on your site and how you plan to edit it.
When does the delivery clock start?
When we confirm in Fiverr messages that your brief, assets and access are complete. If anything is missing, we list it and the clock starts once it is in.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated list of changes sent within 7 days of delivery. New pages and new directions are not part of the package, so we decline them.
Can I get a refund?
Only if we miss the delivery deadline, in which case you get a full refund. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
