Which email tools do you connect?
Mainstream tools such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit or MailerLite. You need your own account, and we set everything up inside it.
When does the delivery clock start?
When we confirm in Fiverr messages that your brief, assets and access are complete. If anything is missing, we list it and the clock starts once it is in.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated list of changes sent within 7 days of delivery. New formats, extra pages and new directions are not part of the package, so we decline them.
Can I get a refund?
Only if we miss the delivery deadline, in which case you get a full refund. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
