Your PDF has tables and you need them in Excel - but copy and paste turns them into a mess.
I rebuild the table properly: real columns, real numbers, real dates.
WHAT YOU GET
- One clean .xlsx per PDF, or several PDFs merged into one workbook with a source column
- Numbers stored as numbers, so sum, sort and filter all work
- Dates stored as dates, not text
- A short notes file listing anything I had to interpret
WHAT I CANNOT DO
Scanned or photographed pages. I have no OCR engine, so if your file is an image rather than text I will tell you before you order, and you keep your money.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send one sample page so I can confirm the table is readable
2. You place the order and send the full file
3. You get the workbook plus the notes

Will the numbers be real numbers, or text that I cannot sum?
Real numbers and real dates. The whole point is that you can sort and total the file immediately, so that is the first thing I check before delivery.
My table has merged cells and no visible borders. Can you handle it?
Usually yes. Borderless layouts and merged headers are my normal work. Send one page and I will confirm the approach before you order.
Can you deliver today? I need it urgently.
No. Delivery starts at 2 days because I check every row against the original. If you need same-day turnaround, please choose another seller.
Do you keep a copy of my file?
No. Your files are deleted from my machine after delivery unless you ask me to keep them for a follow-up batch.
