client-side - communication with clients, helping them identify the best solutions for their needs, advising on the technical aspects of the different tools that we offer and work with; project management - providing the team with better understanding of how the different tools and platforms work, assisting with work allocation as well as monitoring and testing the product throughout its lifespan, organizing trainings on various topics to further increase the knowledge pool as well as present new technologies; working with programmers - assist with more complex scripts, monitoring and auditing the quality and quantity of work; onboarding new members - trainings, admin tasks; design development - support for internal library of designs, responsible for the visualization of the different parts of the project, providing alternatives to match client expectations while making sure that the solution is responsive and scalable, to match the different device requirements; security and privacy responsibilities; develop a client satisfaction feedback form - utilizing the already present capabilities of the tools and platform we work with, we've created a feedback structure, that is used by client - PM - developer, each sharing their experience on a given project, where I'm responsible for building, maintaining and auditing the results; Assisting with queries for all teams involved on various topics
