Data Labeling & Tagging: Label, annotate, and categorize complex datasets (text, images, audio, and video) with high accuracy to train and fine-tune machine learning models. Quality Assurance & Verification: Audit and review annotated datasets to identify errors, eliminate edge-case ambiguities, and ensure compliance with strict data quality standards and guidelines. Guideline & Taxonomy Development: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to refine annotation guidelines, edge-case protocols, and taxonomy frameworks for evolving AI features. Prompt & Output Evaluation: Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) responses for factual accuracy, safety, tone, and prompt adherence using customized rating scales and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) workflows. Workflow & Tooling Feedback: Test internal annotation tools and provide feedback to product teams to improve interface usability, data pipelines, and labeling throughput.
