Full-time May 2024 to Jan 2026 (1 year 9 months) – Cleaned and standardized sales, inventory, and accounts data exported from ERP/Tally and Excel, fixing duplicates, blanks, incorrect dates, and mismatched product names to create a reliable reporting dataset. – Built Power BI data models using Power Query, joining multiple sources (sales, inventory, accounts, returns) into a single reporting layer. – Designed dashboards tracking monthly sales, top/bottom products, region and distributor performance, stock levels, returns, and targets vs. actuals for sales and management teams. – Wrote DAX measures for totals, growth %, YTD, and averages, enabling consistent KPI tracking across reports. – Managed daily/weekly report refreshes, reconciling data discrepancies and resolving mismatches between reports and source systems. – Investigated business questions from managers (e.g., regional sales declines), updating reports and drill-downs to support decisions. – Published reports to Power BI Service and distributed scheduled reports by email.
