Project Title: Email Marketing Management for a Wellness Shopify Ecommerce Brand I managed the email marketing operations for a wellness Shopify ecommerce brand that wanted to improve their overall email performance, engagement, and revenue contribution from email. Client Goal The client wanted to improve key deliverability metrics, increase open and click rates, and turn their email channel into a stronger source of conversions and repeat purchases. They were also looking to improve customer retention and increase orders generated from email campaigns. Strategy and Execution I began with a detailed audit of their email marketing setup to identify gaps affecting engagement and deliverability. From the insights gathered, I developed a new strategy focused on improving audience targeting, automation efficiency, and campaign performance. I managed their email campaigns and automated workflows, setting up new flows while correcting and optimizing existing ones. I also built advanced audience segmentations based on subscriber behavior and geographic location since the brand sells to customers in the United States and nearby countries. This allowed campaigns to be more personalized and relevant to each audience group. Results Within the first 30 days, open rates increased, click rates improved, and engagement across campaigns became stronger. Conversion and customer retention also improved significantly, leading to an increase in orders generated from emails sent. Over the course of three months, the strategy proved highly effective, turning email into a reliable revenue channel for the brand. Due to the strong results, the client requested to retain me as their long term email marketing manager. However, I was unable to continue due to commitments to other client projects.
