Sobre este Serviço
I set up Bitrix24 so your team actually uses it.
Most CRM projects fail the same way: the system gets configured, and two weeks later everyone is back to chat threads and spreadsheets. I build around how your team already works, then make sure they know how to use what I built.
What I do:
Map your current process before configuring anything. Set up your CRM pipeline with stages and automation rules that move work forward on their own. Custom fields ordered so people see only what matters to them. Departments and permissions. Excel tracking sheets if you need status visible at a glance.
What makes the difference:
Live training for your team, plus written user guides with annotated screenshots separate guides per role, so office staff, field workers and management each get what applies to them. The goal is that you run the system without me.
Recent work:
Full Bitrix24 implementation for a construction company that was coordinating projects through Viber chat messages and disconnected spreadsheets. Built the system, trained the team, wrote the documentation.

Perguntas frequentes
Do I need to buy a Bitrix24 licence first?
Bitrix24 has a free plan that works for small teams, and the paid plans start low. I'll tell you which one fits your team size and needs before you spend anything — you don't need to decide before we talk.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your Bitrix24 account, and a conversation about how your team works now: who does what, where things get stuck, what you're tracking today. Usually 30 minutes is enough.
Do you work with companies outside Bitrix24?
My focus is Bitrix24, but the underlying work — mapping processes, designing pipelines, automation logic — carries across platforms like Zoho, Monday, Pipedrive.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every package includes revisions. If you want ongoing help after launch, there's a post-launch support extra for continued questions and adjustments.
