Do you want to add more diversity to your story, but worry that your characters may be one-dimensional or trouped?
As your Sensitivity/Diversity Beta Reader, I will:
- Identify areas of the text that may fall into cliches, tropes, and destructive stereotypes.
- Provide forthcoming and sincere feedback on your story and marginalized characters.
- Ensure that your marginalized characters have well-rounded development throughout the story, including a sincere character arc.
Areas of expertise:
- Women
- Afro-Latinx/Race in general
- Christianity/Bible
- Class/Socio-economic Status
Delivery times are dependent on word count. A manuscript of 70K-80K typically takes 7 days, so delivery times may be lessened for shorter manuscripts.
