Hi, I'm Heather. For nearly 20 years I've worked as a Head of Operations — helping businesses worth millions get out of their own way. But some of my most rewarding work has been sitting with founders, side hustlers and small business owners who have brilliant minds full of competing thoughts, and asking the right questions until the puzzle pieces start to align.

Great working with hcoops! The communication was really good as she listened to what I wanted and gave good insight on the website's potential.
