When life is moving fast and you are faced with one important decision or several things at once, it can be hard to know what deserves your attention first.
I created a YOU-centered space where you bring what is really on your mind, especially when you feel pulled in different directions, surrounded by opinions, or simply not fully understood. We have moments in life! You might be sorting through a difficult decision, a recurring issue, a boundary, a transition, or several concerns that seem connected.
My approach blends thoughtful coaching with practical advising. I will listen carefully, ask focused questions, share perspective, help you notice patterns or considerations you may be missing, and offer practical guidance when it is useful.
Bring your beverage and an open mind. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a neatly defined problem. Bring the situation as it is, and we can surely sort through it together.

What is the difference between coaching and advising?
Coaching helps you examine your thinking, patterns, priorities, and possible next steps. Advising allows me to offer direct observations, questions, and practical perspective when useful. I use both approaches while keeping you responsible for your own choices.
What if I am not completely sure what the real issue is?
That is okay. Part of the session can be used to sort through what is happening, separate the central issue from surrounding concerns, and determine what deserves your attention first.
What kinds of situations can I bring to a session?
You can bring a personal decision, transition, boundary issue, recurring pattern, uncertainty about your next step, or another situation where you want greater clarity and an outside perspective. We will focus on the issue you bring rather than using a generic coaching program.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This is a non-clinical personal growth and self-leadership service that combines thoughtful coaching, structured reflection, and practical guidance. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one focused issue, Standard for a more layered situation, and Premium when several concerns are connected or you want support across multiple sessions.
What if we do not get through everything in one session?
We will focus on what matters most rather than rush through everything. If other layers still need attention, we can name them and decide what makes sense next.
What is included in the written action plan?
Your action plan is a simple takeaway from our session, highlighting what stood out, what deserves your attention, and practical next steps you can return to after our conversation.
