I turn messy spreadsheets and PDFs into clean data you can use. My focus: contact lists and business files. I remove duplicates (even "Bob" vs "Robert"), fix formats and broken characters, merge files, extract PDF tables to Excel, and deliver an import-ready file for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Mailchimp. I work at a coworking and business-services company in Algeria (business domiciliation, company registration support and accounting for entrepreneurs), where I handle most of the operations and admin side. Day to day, I manage client records and administrative files, prepare and check official forms, keep client and payment tracking in Excel, and put together tender response files with their price schedules. I also automate repetitive paperwork (form filling, document preparation) with AI tools, always with a final manual check. This is where I learned to keep data clean, consistent and traceable.
