Worked remotely as an in-house product designer, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve the overall user experience of Loom’s platform. Responsible for designing and optimizing key product surfaces including the user dashboard and multiple landing pages. Led the redesign and continuous improvement of the Loom dashboard, focusing on usability, navigation clarity, and efficient user workflows. Created high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistent design patterns and scalable components across the platform. Designed and optimized marketing and product landing pages aimed at increasing user acquisition and engagement. Conducted A/B testing experiments to evaluate design variations, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements that boosted sign-ups and feature adoption. Worked extensively on conversion rate optimization (CRO), improving user flows, onboarding experiences, and call-to-action placements to reduce friction in the user journey. Used analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback to guide design decisions and iterate on product features. Collaborated closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and maintain performance and usability standards. Contributed to the evolution of the internal design system by creating reusable components and documenting UI patterns for consistent product development. Also supported growth and marketing initiatives by designing visual assets for feature launches, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
