I started my career with this company as a Data Entry Operator, where I gained hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, product data management, and marketplace workflows. Within my first year, I earned several promotions and progressed into the role of Senior E-commerce Marketplace Manager. In this position, I was responsible for managing multiple client accounts across major e-commerce marketplaces, primarily Etsy and Amazon, along with Walmart, eBay, and Wish. My work included product listing management, marketplace SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, competitor analysis, promotional strategies, and overall account performance improvement. Over the years, I worked with several small and medium-sized businesses, helping them improve their online visibility, strengthen their product listings, and develop practical SEO and marketing strategies focused on generating more traffic and sales. This experience gave me a strong understanding of how different marketplaces work and how to adapt strategies based on each business, product category, and target audience.
