Yes. Please contact me first with the number of months, accounts, approximate transactions, and current condition of your books. I will confirm the correct package or prepare a custom offer.
2. What information do you need to begin?
I normally need QuickBooks Online accountant access, PDF bank and credit-card statements, the required cleanup period, and relevant payroll, loan, or payment-processor reports.
3. Should I share my QuickBooks password?
No. Please invite me through QuickBooks Online accountant access. Do not share your password or other sensitive login credentials through Fiverr messages.
4. Can you clean up several months or years?
Yes. I can handle longer cleanup and catch-up projects. If your project exceeds six months or the package transaction limits, please contact me for a custom offer.
5. Can you correct every bookkeeping issue?
I can correct issues supported by statements and available records. Transactions requiring business-owner judgment or missing documentation will be clearly listed for your review.
6. What will I receive after completion?
Depending on your package, you will receive cleaned bookkeeping records, reconciled accounts, financial statements, and a summary of corrections, findings, and outstanding questions.
7. Are tax preparation and tax filing included?
No. This Gig covers bookkeeping cleanup and financial reporting. Tax preparation, tax filing, auditing, legal advice, and sales-tax services are not included.
8. Can you manage my bookkeeping monthly after the cleanup?
Yes. Once your cleanup is complete, you can use my separate monthly bookkeeping Gig for ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation support.
