Price: $700 for structural plans and calculations without electrical design, delivered in 7 to 10 days. Structural plans are 1-2 sheets plus the tie down calculations. Electrical design can be added: residential generator electrical is +$1,200, and commercial generator projects start at $3,000 and are priced by scope. Message me before ordering for a custom offer.


The Florida PE stamp is included at no extra charge when you need it. Every building department revision is included. Changes requested by the owner or others after approval are not included.
