What do i get when i order ?
- Source Files : Adobe Illustration / Adobe Photoshop - JPG - PNG Transparent Background - PDF - Mockup (PREMIUM PACKAGE) - Procreate/Adobe Draw (Option)
Do i have to buy commercial use ?
You must purchase additional COMMERCIAL USE If the proceeds from this project are used to earn BENEFITS from your brand, or company. For example in the sale of T-shirts, etc.
What counts as a revision ?
What counts in the revision is when the client requests revisions regarding colors, elements, and adding certain objects in the final work. This is called a minor revision by not changing the entire concept that has been designed. Replacement text is also counted in the revision.
What if the project Cancelled because i dont like the result ? Do you refund ?
No, Once this project is completed there is no refund. But I will try to give the best result. If we talk about this project properly and good communication. Better send me a message before doing the project.
Which package should I buy?
I have 3 packages and there are some differences that exist according to the concept we are going to work on, Basic, Standard, Premium. Before starting the client must have a clear concept and idea so that I can recommend which package you should order.
What if I don't have a concept for the illustration?
You can provide a rough concept or description of your brand and what you are ordering illustrations for, whether merchandise, main logo or others. I have a special package of only $25 rough sketch and $35 clean sketch.
Will I get the original artwork? Not from stock image,template or stealing other people's artwork work
NO, All works that will be made are custom orders, through a sketch approval process and final inking. Artists may not take other people's work, we must respect copyright.
Will my order results be exclusive?
Yes, all orders or artwork are custom made, will not be resold to other clients. So the buyer has 100% rights to the art work that has been made/ordered.
