Supported market research and co-developed 5 new vehicle concepts up to detailed engineering design (DED), applying mold parameters, parting lines, and manufacturability rules. Produced 200+ ideation sketches, refined into alternative concepts, Class-A surfacing with curvature continuity G2, and thicken features (ribs, draft angle, join). Designed and engineered body panels & mechanical components, ensuring feasibility for PP & ABS plastic parts. Conducted part inspections (T0, T1) covering appearance defects (sink marks, short shot, burrs, chips), dimensional accuracy, warpage, assembly fitting, and texture finishing. Developed MDF frame for clay modeling to support physical prototype creation. Designed and coordinated 6Ah 12V in-house battery mold with mold makers. Executed reverse engineering of mechanical parts using 2D drawings and CMM data. Created 2D drawings for prototyping, photorealistic renderings, and CMFG outputs for presentation & manufacturing readiness. Maintained constant coordination with R&D mechanical team and mold makers to ensure manufacturability, feasibility, and cost-effective solutions.
