Which warehouse processes can you document?
I can document receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, stock transfers, inventory counting, picking, packing, shipping, returns, damages, discrepancy handling, and shift handovers.
Can you create an SOP if I have no existing document?
Yes, provided you can explain the process, roles, systems, controls, and exceptions. I can structure information from notes, screenshots, forms, and written answers, but I will not invent unknown operational details.
What type of process map will I receive?
Depending on the process, I will create a standard flowchart or a swimlane map showing activities, decisions, roles, handovers, and exceptions.
Will I receive editable files?
Yes. All packages include an editable Microsoft Word document and a PDF copy. Editable process-map files are included when stated in the selected package.
Do you provide ISO or safety certification?
No. I can organize the document around requirements supplied by you, but I do not certify ISO compliance, legal compliance, engineering safety, or site safety. Your authorized manager or compliance professional must validate the final document.
