I offer reflective, conversation-based coaching for people navigating identity, intimacy, money habits, and life direction. My approach is grounded, analytical, and non-dogmatic. I don’t “motivate” or sell frameworks. I help you think clearly, notice patterns, and make decisions you can stand behind. Clients usually come to me when they feel stuck, conflicted, or internally split: wanting change, but unsure what kind, or why previous attempts didn’t stick.
