A modelagem de edifícios Multizone é feita para determinar o desempenho térmico, de fluxo de ar e de energia do edifício em estudo, dividindo o edifício em várias zonas, como cômodos ou grupos de espaços. O projeto do edifício é realizado com SKETCHUP, as características dos materiais e propriedades térmicas são avaliadas com TRNBUILD, e a simulação integrada é feita com TRNSYS, considerando as condições ambientais e tecnologias inovadoras de HVAC.
