What do I need to provide to get started?
A brief description of your business and the processes you want documented. We'll take it from there with a short questionnaire.
What format will the SOPs be delivered in?
Google Docs and PDF. If you need a different format, just let me know before we start.
What if I don't know which processes to document first?
That's completely normal. In the Standard and Premium packages I help you identify and prioritize the most critical ones for your business.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Delivery can be in English or Spanish — your choice.
What if I need more SOPs than the package includes?
You can add extra consulting hours as an add-on, or we can discuss a custom package before you order.
