I work as a consultant and project organizer specializing in agricultural infrastructure for a cooperative. My role involves approving, calculating costs for, and assessing the feasibility of projects and services the cooperative intends to offer to agricultural producers—specifically those involving construction works, existing structures, and the commercial licensing required to bring facilities into operation. My primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support, as well as to prepare the technical documentation (such as blueprints), for the cooperative's construction-related activities.

In this role, I serve as the project designer and construction manager for various ongoing projects. I work using BIM methodologies and maintain detailed records and logs for every project and inspection. We handle all types of architectural construction, as well as commercial and residential fit-outs. I also provide on-site consulting to address technical questions and offer guidance to real estate clients. We are currently working on our first development project for sale: architecturally distinctive apartments located in the hills. We manage every phase—from structural calculation and design to architectural planning and sales—ensuring full traceability across all aspects of the project.
