Start by booking an initial consultation. We will schedule a time and date for a call within 3 days, or at the latest within a week. Once weve determined were a good fit, sign up for the weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
The monthly session is best for someone who is working towards a more immediate goal and requires attentive accountability and frequent check-ins/ motivation to accomplish their desired goal.
The bi-monthly sessions are best for someone who is working towards a lifestyle change, taking a holistic approach towards stress management, aligning actions to achieve vision, and developing a strong sense of self and trust within.
Both styles of sessions include:

How will we communicate?
