What is Social Media and Stationery Kit?
Social media kit includes Facebook and twitter cover photos whereas stationery design includes business card and letterhead.
How much time it takes for a revision?
We try to serve it as soon as possible, sometimes in hours but to be on safe side. we say 12-24 hours. You should keep in mind that itself.
What if my order gets completed?
Fiverr automatically closes the order within 3 days but you can always contact us back in the Fiverr inbox.
What is delivery time?
Well, its the time we will take for providing first set. Revisions (if needed) can take extra time but we try to deliver asap.
What should I do if I am not sure which package to go with?
Nothing to worry about, just reach us with your requirements and budget so that we can guide you how to proceed from there.
What is included in basic package?
It will only cover very simple designs. That's why we suggest to go for standard/premium but again, choice is with you. If you feel basic is alright for you, go for it.
How may final designs I get? / What are initial concepts?
Once you place the order, your package will have a specific number of initial concepts included which means, in the first set, we will provide those many versions. We will than make revisions and narrow to 1 final logo only. Inclusive package products other than logo will be for 1 final logo only.
