Upwork | Freelance | 2020–Present Over the years, I have provided professional government contracting, proposal writing, grant support, and business compliance services to clients through Upwork. My experience has involved working with small businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and established organizations seeking to expand their operations and access new business opportunities. My primary area of expertise is government contract research and proposal development. I research federal, state, and local procurement opportunities and evaluate solicitations based on a client's industry, services, location, capabilities, NAICS codes, and eligibility requirements. I help clients understand which opportunities are relevant to their businesses and what is required to submit a competitive and compliant response. I have assisted clients with RFP, RFQ, RFI, ITT, PQQ, and other procurement documents, carefully reviewing solicitation requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, required forms, deadlines, and supporting documentation. I prepare professional proposal content, including executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, staffing plans, quality assurance procedures, past performance sections, capability statements, compliance responses, and other solicitation-specific narratives. I also provide support with SAM.gov registration, UEI, CAGE Code, NAICS code research, government vendor registration, and general government contracting readiness. My role is to help businesses understand the registration process, organize the information required, and prepare themselves to pursue appropriate contracting opportunities. This experience has given me practical exposure to the different stages of government contracting and business support—from opportunity research and solicitation analysis to proposal preparation, registration assistance, grant research, and final document organization.
