- Own the route from brief to shelf — positioning, concept, design system and packaging architecture for full portfolios in FMCG - Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies across creative packaging projects, and oversee them to completion. - Lead the creative team — briefing, ideation sessions, design reviews, approvals and feedback to designers through to final artwork. - Present concepts and rationale directly to clients; run brainstorming and workshop formats with marketing and R&D teams. FMCG: SPAR International, Mokate, Maspex. Beyond food: L'Oréal, Ontex, Artsana Group - Carry work into production myself — 3D product visualisation and print-ready artwork — so the idea survives the last 10% of the job. - Several hundred packs reach the shelf each year; 100+ clients and 3,000+ designs to date.
