No-shows entered a separate sequence beginning with a personalised email acknowledging they missed the session and delivering the recording with a different framing and urgency. Built WhatsApp follow-up automation for attendees who had provided their phone number during registration, delivering a personalised WhatsApp message with the replay link within 2 hours of webinar completion for higher engagement rates than email alone. Connected webinar engagement signals to GoHighLevel CRM automatically. Attendees who clicked the offer link inside the follow-up email were flagged as hot leads in the GoHighLevel pipeline, triggering an immediate Slack notification to the sales team with the lead's full profile, attendance status, and engagement behaviour so they could make personal contact while interest was highest. Built automated webinar registration confirmation workflows covering confirmation email delivery, calendar invite attachment, pre-event reminder sequences at 24 hours and 1 hour before the session, and last-minute dial-in instructions sent 15 minutes before start.
